The company was originally established in 1991 to track marine trade contracts and manage resources for large-scale historic ship preservation and restoration projects.
Since 1999 the company has expanded its scope of operations to serve the superyacht market in south Florida and New England on refit and re-configuration projects of significant complexity and duration.
Over the past decade the company has also applied the basic principles of this essential management tool to a host of client projects in a variety of industry sectors: Private Equity/M&A/VC Investments, real estate development, programmed maintenance, IT, event planning, business development, marketing research, fund-raising & more.
